To maintain the highest standards of service and respect, we have established clear policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and appropriate behavior during massage sessions. These policies are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a positive experience while also supporting the needs of our small business.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policies

Cancellation/Rescheduling within 24 Hours:

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Same-Day Cancellation/Rescheduling:

For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged. Please note that no refunds or credits will be applied in this case.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged, with no refunds or credits available.

Chronic Last-Minute Rescheduling:

If last-minute rescheduling becomes a recurring issue, you will be charged the applicable fees without the option to apply any credits towards future appointments.

Zero Tolerance Policy for Inappropriate Behavior

Zero Tolerance Policy for Inappropriate Behavior At Align You Body Work, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all our clients. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances or suggestions, is strictly prohibited.

Policy:

Immediate Termination of Service: If any inappropriate or sexual behavior occurs during a massage session, the session will be immediately terminated.

Full Service Charge:

You will be charged 100% of the service fee, regardless of the remaining time in the session.

Permanent Ban:

You will be permanently banned from booking any future appointments.We take these matters very seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all clients and staff.
